A Talent for Loving (1969)

Originally intended to be the next Beatles movie, this film was one of many to take advantage of the wild western feel of the wild western mountains around Madrid.

Richard Widmark stars in a film based on a book by Richard Condon of ‘Manchurian Candidate’ fame.

The popular natural site with authentic western scenery (also suitable for pitched Roman and Greek battles) at Dehesa de Navalvillar, near Colmenar Viejo, was a location.

The US Video version was called ‘Gun Crazy’.
